How to protect your skin?
The ideal skin care is the one that matches your life style and your skin type. It has to hydrate and protect your skin with antioxidants in order to keep your skin healthy and fresh.
Even an oily skin needs water. Wrinkles are less visible on a hydrated and supple skin.
Skin cares help to keep the water in the skin but don't forget to hydrate your skin from the inside....Drink water!

Should I hydrate my skin in the morning or evening?
Both. Your skin needs water at any time day and night.
You can for example use a day cream in the morning and a serum at night.
UV filters in facial skin care?
It is important to protect your skin from UV rays and pollution when you spend a lot of time outdoor but during the winter time if you spend your time at home or in the office, it is less recommended.
