​ Appointment booking is binding and must be canceled 24 hours before the agreed appointment to avoid cancellation fees. In the event of non-attendance, the customer or the person booking the appointment will be charged for the appointment.

Invoices/ tipping requests are sent to customers who do not turn up because there is lost income for the therapist who has made an appointment with you, because another client may need the appointment that you do not turn up for.

The rules for invoicing no-shows:

14-day payment deadline and reminder, possibly a debt collection notice if the invoice is not paid.
